Its location to the town itself
The car park is not secure enough as people wander through from both sides.Noise level from the rear verandah area of the club became annoying, but not much can be done

We had to keep the heavy curtains shut, which made the space feel dark and stuffy. It’s a bummer when you want some natural light but need privacy too.

The pool area is refreshing, perfect for a quick dip. Just a short walk to shops and cafes. Would definitely return, though a larger bed would have been nice!

The place was fairly clean and newly decorated, had informative and very obliging staff at both check-in and check-out. Its location in Kiama was great and brilliant, so close to shops and restaurants and cafes, and coastal beaches. It also was central to the town centre.
